Horizontal Eight Furniture Return Policy

1. General Return Policy

At Horizontal Eight, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our furniture. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the terms and conditions below.

2. Eligibility Criteria

  • Items must be in new and unused condition.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Clearance and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. Return Process

  • Initiate a Return: Contact our Customer Service team at info@thehorizontaleight.com or call us at 9310545606 to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
  • Return Authorization: You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
  • Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide photographs of the damage or defect, along with your order number.
  • We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our Customer Service team to arrange the exchange.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • You are responsible for any difference in price and return shipping costs.
